The Vineyard Retreat Portugal
The Vineyard Retreat bed and breakfast is located in a quiet rural location in the countryside of the Silver Coast of Portugal. They overlook vineyards and orchards and have an excellent south facing aspect.
They are fortunate to be situated very close to the wonderful medieval walled village of Obidos, which is one of the seven wonders of Portugal, and is host to many festivals and celebrations.
They also are very near to the incomparable Buddha Eden, Gardens of Peace near Bombarral. Here, there are some forty tall granite statues that are visible from quite a long way off. In the same place is the sparkling wine producer of Quinta Dos Loridos. The owner of this and the Buddha Eden is Jose Berardo who produces the JP wines.
If wine tasting is something you enjoy, then this can be arranged at Loridos and also at Quinta Da Sanguinhal, a quality wine maker again close to Bombarral.
They can arrange guided walks of between 5 and 12 kilometers for those who crave activities, but there are many other opportunities to do activities on the Silver Coast, and we would be happy to accommodate and help anyone who wishes these things.
